Wilson Technologies (www.wilson-tech.com) announces the formation of TechMedix. This new company specializes in providing end user support to residences and small to medium scale businesses. The TechMedix Service Area is the Chicago Metropolitan Area, focused in the South and West suburbs.

TechMedix goal is to bring affordability to the world of IT support. Expertise in the area of Microsoft Windows and Office appications as well as local end-user computer hardware and software. Whether you are a residential user struggling to get their DSL or BroadBand connection working, or an IT manager trying to get a new software package rolled out to all end users, they can help. With A+ certified staff members, TechMedix can offer the right support for the right price.

  • Pricing for residential clients will be $60 per hour with a 1/2 hour minimum, billed in 1/4 hour increments.

  • Business rates are $120 per hour, again with a 1/2 hour minimum.

  • A trip charge may be charged for clients over 20 miles from I-80 @ I-55.
